FAQs
How can I cancel?
We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. Just log in to your account, go to the subscription page and select the option set to cancel. For our month to month plan, you may cancel at any time and all future renewals will be stopped. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining shipments. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
E.G If you sign up for a 12-month subscription, set your account to cancel and have paid for 8 shipments, you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes.
Please remember we have to process subscriptions. You need to cancel 24 hours before your renewal to ensure you don't get charged.

When does my subscription renew?
Your Subscription will renew on the 15th of each month. That means, for example, if you subscribe for the first time on the 12th of the month, you'll renew again in 3 days... so you'll get the box from the current month AND the new shipment coming out in the next week so you'll never miss a new release!
When Will My Subscription Ship?
First Subscription Orders ship within a few days of ordering, so you can get your first box right away! The exception would be if you order between the 15th and the 25th. Any new subscriptions during that window will go out on the 25th as mentioned.
Then, renewal orders are shipped out around the 25th of each month so you can always start your next month out with a brand new farm shirt!
